Do you need a good Gay/Lesbian mystery to while away the afternoon? Do you want to learn about Gay/Lesbian history? Do you just want a library that stocks all kinds of Gay/Lesbian materials? The Harlen Adams Memorial Library has it!
Visitors to the Stonewall Alliance Center can catch up on the latest Gay and Lesbian fiction and non-fiction at the library. Over 2,400 volumes are maintained. The subject headings have been expanded to include Autobiography, Biography, Coming Out, Fiction for Gay Men, Fiction for Lesbians, Health, Opposing Views, Philosophy, Poetry, Reference, Self Help, Social Studies, and Youth.
Books may be checked out during regular center hours for a two week lending period. If you have a specific question regarding the library, call the center. Videos/DVD’s can be checked out for one week (requires $20 deposit)
