Stonewall has fully reopened our center for drop-in visits, appointments, and groups.

The Stonewall Alliance Center of Chico continues to closely follow the developments and Public Health recommendations regarding COVID-19. The health and safety of our community is our number one priority.

In order to help keep our community safe since COVID-19 is still active, Stonewall recommends masks in the center. If you would like a mask, but do not have one, please ask and one will be provided to you.

  • Our social and support groups are meeting in person, by hybrid (both in person and Zoom, or Zoom only. Details, schedule, and links to join are accessible right here at www.stonewallchico.com/social-and-support-groups.

  • Our counselors are meeting with existing clients in person and via Zoom, and are able to refer to other LGBTQ+ competent mental health professionals in the community who are taking new clients. Call 530.809.2485 or email counseling@stonewallchico.org for more information.

  • Our Advocacy Coordinator is taking one-on-one appointments for Name and Gender Change assistance, chest binders, rights, resources, and other services. Email them directly at marin@stonewallchico.org to set up an appointment.

  • HIV and Hepatitis C Testing by appointment only. Please email marin@stonewallchico.org or call 530-893-3336 to discuss details.

  • Events continue as planned, and are held in person provided it is safe for the community.

  • You can drop in, call, or email us for information, assistance or resources during our regular office hours, Monday-Friday, 12-6pm. Our staff are taking calls and checking messages during this time.

We continue to recommend Covid-safe protocols to protect the well-being of everyone in our community. We are excited to stay connected by sharing our time, nurturing our social and mental health, and keeping one another afloat in a way that best meets your needs, whether in person or virtually.

We will continue to recommend that our community keep themselves and their loved ones safe by masking when indoors, and to stay home if you do not feel well.
